Hi! My name is Marina B and I currently live in Tampa, FL but work for a company based in Baltimore, MD. I have been working for them for about 5 years now and was recently elevated to Director of Support Services and Customer Success. We have had PagerDuty implemented for a little over a year or 2 now and haven’t fully utilized it for all that it can do. It was first something to handle our on-call but with our new monitoring platform has proven it can do so much more than what we ever imagined. I can’t wait to learn more about what others are doing and learn more to continue driving PagerDuty as the solution for us at Chesapeake Systems [CHESA].
